YOUNGSTOWN, OH (December 2, 2025): The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra will hold auditions for Principal Trumpet on Monday, January 26, 2026. Auditions will be held at the DeYor Performing Arts Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Qualified applicants should register at youngstownsymphony.com before the deadline of January 12, 2026. The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra is a per-service ensemble with a season consisting of approximately 25 regular services and varying educational and outreach services. 

Pay for the 2025/2026 Season – Principal: $136.74 per service and Section: $118.90 per service. Cartage and doubling added when applicable.

Applicants are required by federal law to provide proof of eligibility of employment if offered a position.
