Your Youngstown Symphony orchestra is seeking local business partnerships to help present the incredible concerts of the 2026/2027 Season to the community! We hope that we can count on your support this season!

The 2026/2027 Season features a variety of programming that has been designed to entice new audience members as well as delight its long-standing patrons. Your Youngstown Symphony Orchestra musicians, along with Music Director Erik Ochsner, are sure to produce a season full of exciting and memorable live concerts!

CONCERT UNDERWRITING & ADVERTISING

Season Underwriter – $15,000

Deadline: Friday, September 11, 2026

Verbal acknowledgement from the stage prior to each performance of the 2026/2027 Season
Premium full-page ad placement in each program of the 2026/2027 Season
Listing in each program as the Season Underwriter
Name/Logo placed on the 2026/2027 Season page of the youngstownsymphony.com as the season underwriter
Name/Logo placed on digital displays in the venues during each concert
Special invitation to exclusive VIP events
Complimentary ticket package including up to 300 tickets (up to 50 tickets per concert)
Opportunity to host a password-protected VIP reception in a premium location before or after a concert (See Details Below)

Concert Underwriter – $7,000

Deadline: Three weeks prior to concert date

Verbal acknowledgement from the stage prior to the underwritten concert
Full-page inside cover ad in the program of the underwritten concert
Listing in the program as the concert underwriter
Name/Logo placed on the online event page of the underwritten concert on the organization’s website and experienceyourarts.org
Name/Logo placed on digital displays in the venues during each concert
Special invitation to exclusive VIP events
Complimentary ticket package including 100 tickets to the underwritten concert
Opportunity to host a special reception before or after the underwritten concert (See Details Below)

Ticket Underwriter – $1,000

Deadline: Three weeks prior to concert date

25 tickets to a selected performance for the use as client/employee reward, company outing, or to be donated to an organization in need
Recognition in program/playbill as a Ticket Underwriter for the underwritten concert

Underwriter Receptions

Underwriter Reception includes set up in a private space, complimentary sodas and water, and a cash bar set up. Additional options include a buffet-style meal or appetizer service and open bar set up available at underwriter’s expense. Scheduling of Underwriter Receptions are based on availability and will be scheduled first come, first served. Premium locations for Season Underwriters include the Grand Salon at DeYor and Christman Hall at Stambaugh.
