The Youngstown Symphony Orchestra and Guest Conductor, Carl Topilow, Bring Broadway Favorites to Powers Auditorium

On Thursday, February 16, 2023, at 7:30 PM, guest conductor, Andre Raphel, and guest artists, Scott Coulter and Friends, will join the Youngstown Symphony Orchestra to bring Blockbuster Broadway to Powers Auditorium at the DeYor Performing Arts Center. This concert will feature songs from Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, Annie, Jersey Boys, The Sound of Music, Chicago, CATS, The Lion King, and A Chorus Line performed by some of New York’s top vocalists.

Guest Conductor, Andre Raphel returns to Youngstown for this blockbuster evening. Raphel guest conducted a masterworks concert last spring.
Guest artist, Connor Bogart, studied vocal performance/opera at the prestigious Eastman School of Music in New York. He has been a featured soloist with The Cleveland Pops, The Symphony of Southeast Texas, The Detroit Symphony Orchestra, the Akron Symphony, and The Toledo Symphony amongst others. His notable theater performances include leading roles in Miss Saigon, Sweenery Todd, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Altar Boyz. Connor has toured the U.S. and performed as the opening act on over 20 national tours, including Huey Lewis and The News, Richard Marx, Hall & Oates, and Mariah Carey. 

Single tickets for the February 4th concert range from $42 to $62, inclusive of all fees. Discounts are available for seniors and students.
